Actually the best life advice I ever got: Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly. A half-cleaned room is better than an uncleaned room. Occasionally flossing is better than never flossing. A 10-minute workout is better than no workout. When it’s all you can do to get out of bed, get out of bed.

Canada has a tough choice to make today. We have to vote between our current prime minister who is well respected and already helping our country through a very difficult period -or- a weirdly damp guy who wants to take away our rights and sell our country to another country.

I helped build a government AI system. DOGE fired me, rolled the AI out to the whole agency, and implied the AI can do my job and the jobs of the others they've fired.
