Like many, disillusioned with a certain other platform! I probably talk far too much politics, but will be happy to engage in something a little lighter.
Bewildered by people who don't pay attention, and think they've made a brilliant point! #FBPE

Aside from the cruelty of this, I’d just like to know why it’s ok to ignore and disappoint liberal/progressive voters.
Why do governments chase Farage and his voters, thinking that will neutralise them. It’s NEVER worked. He’s leading in the polls and his ideas have ruined us. WTF are you doing?
This is as bad as anything proposed by Reform.

Leaving refugees in permanent limbo and unable to build a new life in the UK would be a complete abdication of our humanitarian responsibilities

Brexit detonated our economy and our politics. Since then, our country seems to have lost its mind, veering off to the right, reawakening the racism genie, ruining itself to try to hide the dishonesty and snowballing damage of it all.
And now Farage could be PM ffs.
Mindblowing self-inflicted idiocy

Yesterday, I pleaded not guilty to the charges that Trump’s DOJ has hit me with in federal court.

This administration is targeting me because they can see that I’ve spoken out against them and will continue to stand up to them.

I've been hearing all day that @bbcnewsnight.bsky.social could, also, be in trouble with the Trump administration, but Newsnight still seems to be obsessed with the demise of the Labour party!?
Change the record!

If anyone in this country still buys the Daily Telegraph,
they should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.
Why are so many right-wingers keen to bring this country down?

What you mean like the one we didn't get Teresa May ran for the hills or when Johnson resigned after his Cabinet quit en masse, or when the Lettuce that replaced him was bounced out of No. 10...?

Like those times?

Leavitt: These emails prove absolutely nothing other than the fact that president trump did nothing wrong.

Listening to @lbc.co.uk and TomSwarbrick (who doesn't think anyone important is on Bluesky), has just stated he thinks Nigel Rage has Britain's interest at heart!?
Proving that much of the media are complicit in trying to ensure a ruinous Reform government!

Farage has dropped out of BBC film following BBC row.

Good.

Access journalism is client journalism. The BBC should make a film about Reform whether or not Farage chooses to ‘sit down’ with Laura Kuensberg.

This a big deal: "China’s carbon dioxide emissions have been flat or falling for 18 months"

China's economy has grown by ~5% in the last year, so this comprehensively debunks the idea (again) that emissions are tied to growth. So yes, faster progress needed, but this is how you turn the corner.

Where do you go in this country? If:
You see/saw brexit for exactly what it was, Johnson for exactly what he was, Farage for exactly what he is; and the party that you voted for is crawling across the carpet, with a ming vase, to appease the right wing!

The BBC has been a trusted source of news for decades. But in recent years certain of its journalists have been allowed to show an unhealthy bias against the current govt under the influence of some Johnson-installed management figures.
Weed them out & our impartial BBC might be returned to us.
