Consciously working on ways to disengage from my phone (deliberately silence notifications, do things without my phone, slow down my constant scrolling, engage in physical + tangible forms of entertainment) has been one of the BEST things I've done for myself this year
In 2026 I will be continuing to do this. Here are some examples of how:
• Physical note taking, planning & scheduling
• Physically writing down feelings, emotions, and things I would like to post instead of posting impulsively
• Leaving my phone behind when using the bathroom, making food, ect

I don't think people get how much time, effort & organisation is required to just function when your disabled or neurodivergent. It's a massive amount of time, often several people's time
