So I got a food dehydrator for my birthday, and I turned a large red onion into like 1/4 cup of onion powder. It only took 18 hours.
I was laughing about this but y'all this is the best onion powder I've EVER used. It smells and tastes amazing

Legacy system at work uses crons and queues with no observability at all. So when you are developing this, you can unit test your individual methods, but then you commit, push, and deploy to a staging environment (20 minutes), trigger something, and wait and see if it works or not.

Never actually used blender but I did download it for the 12yo after she watched that movie with the cat and said she wanted to be an animator so I kicked them 5 bucks, why not 🤣
Blender is struggling. it's the best piece of 3d software on the market, and it's free. I'm not going back to autodesk.

the "return to the office" thing was very instructive. A whole class of people had a chance to make bank by getting better employees at lower pay while saving a fortune in rent and they chose "bring them to me so I can control them" pretty much every single time
