I'm Ian, an Irish freelancer translator based in Germany who overuses Spongebob gifs.

I've been on BlueSky for a while but always as a backup plan in case I gave up on Twitter. Which I have done now.

Very fair synopsis, Bill. Just been listening to it after the No Prayer episode.

I find that I need to be in a certain mood for this album - much of the material is, as you say, "plodding" and "ponderous".

Having said that, I think Sign Of The Cross is one of the best things Maiden ever did.
