Was confused about why one of my work inboxes got an email from a member of the public & forwarded it to correct inbox, which autosent a 3 year old message referring folks to my work inbox.
I've forwarded the OOO back to the relevant inbox with a 'this is confusing for everyone' comment.

Ummmmmm...that's not how you fix shoddy HMCTS facilities and resources. You instead invest in your long-term woefully underfunded and creaking court system properly to ensure you can, you know, run court cases with a jury, who are a safeguard for justice.
