The first tech support guy I got was great. But he was under too much pressure to stay on the line with me till the router reset.
The second guy.. he didnt understand the term signal attenuation. Barely understood packet loss.

Its a shame Neon Genesis Evangelion came out when they put more effort in localizations of anime, so none of the characters had their names changed and such and all serious elements removed.
