Yeah like, even if your inclination is to only bring cases you know you’re gonna win, there is different stuff at play here. If you’re signaling “we can’t protect you against these guys,” then they’re not just going to surrender, they’re gonna try to protect themselves and each other.

If it is in fact true that the Feds have the power to essentially make impossible any state or local investigations of agencies, then we have truly realized Fraenkel's dual state.

Nobody has proven themselves to be as pathetic as their critics claim as Tim Walz. Turns out you can just bully him into not running for re-election by spreading medieval antisemitic canards about a minority group in his state, then shoot a constituent in the face and he’ll do nothing.
