I'm curious to see how Wyoming republicans will blame Obama for this. 🤔 Sentaor Barrasso is actually blaming the ACA itself for the price increases. Also, the fact that the writer of this article referred to the ACA as Obamacare is quite telling.

The United States government has ordered its employees not to speak at any events for World AIDS Day or promote them on social media.

I guess they think that if we ignore HIV/AIDS it will just go away.

It didn’t work for Reagan and it’s not going to work now.
1/ ⚠️ Breaking: At CDC, we've been told the US Government will not officially commemorate World AIDS Day this year. No explanation given.

The Social Media Revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race.
God it's so cool that so much of British and European nationalist politics has broadly been shaped by warehouse clickfarms rented by guys in South Asia running "how to make money from racist old people" workshops, and that this has had more influence on media and politics than any grassroots group

If I’m understanding this correctly, X is owned by a white nationalist who pays poor people of color in developing countries to pretend to be working class white Americans to scare other white Americans into being afraid poor people of color from developing countries are going to ruin America?

Both of my degrees are in humanities, and those educational pursuits shaped my brain in ways I’m deeply grateful for 25 years later (and will be beyond).
"While other universities report that the humanities are shrinking, at Berkeley, the opposite is true. The music major is the fastest-growing major on campus. We are finding bigger classrooms because film is exploding. English is back to the numbers we saw 15 years ago. We are hiring" bit.ly/4ohKuOe

Just so it's clear. It's not allowing AI because it's trying to create a clean dataset for training AI. It's not because any of the involved parties actually care about human created art.

Demons can lie to you. You have to rebuke them categorically, rather than fold when they say the right words.

The app plans to feature more than 10,000 previously archived Vines and does not allow AI-generated content.

It does and we need more things like this in the world. So tired of these corporate boxes of functional conformity, bland and unintresting, all for the sake of property value, especially if the local franchise goes under. Strip malls are simliar.
