accidentally created a Great Khan to unite the feuding warlords as I was trying to eliminate them. Fortunately it's as far from me as it could possibly be lol

been thinking a lot lately about the idea of "noise in the shape of signal". Where Discerning is Expensive, and something can be noise or signal based on what it intends to and succeeds at communicating, and how as humans we develop shorthand for patterns we look for to discern signal from noise.

one thing I'm really loving about Wonder Man is seeing the characters of Simon and Trevor get to be written as encyclopedic subject matter experts in their craft. The way Simon is always trying to know everything about every obscure aspect of film is how I'm always trying to be about games.
