💥 Dieses Wochenende soll in Gießen die neue #Jugendorganisation der #AfD gegründet werden. Dabei geht es vielmehr um organisatorische Professionalisierung als um Mäßigung. Wie es zur Neugründung kam und was sich von der neuen JO erwarten lässt, habe ich für den @verfassungsblog.de analysiert. 👇
Am Wochenende will sich in Gießen die neue Jugendorganisation der AfD gründen – begleitet von großen Gegendemonstrationen.

Trend that was visible in previous polls continues: VVD losing support while CDA is gaining. PVV slightly ahead of GL/PvdA and CDA. Beyond these four parties, others are below 10% (D66 and JA21) or 5% (another 9 parties)

Das bemerkenswerte hier ist, dass die Verschiebung eben nicht 2015 passiert sondern 2017. Genau dann wenn Politik und Medien anfangen sich auf die aufsteigende AfD und ihre Themen einzuschießen. Wenn Migrationspolitik verschärft wird und Migranten dämonisiert werden. Es ist nicht Migration an sich.
Eine Mehrheit spricht sich dafür aus, die Zuwanderung nach Deutschland einzuschränken. Der Anteil derer, die dabei eine klar restriktive Haltung einnehmen, hat in den vergangenen zehn Jahren – also seit Angela Merkels Satz "Wir schaffen das "– deutlich zugenommen.

If we don’t say “2026 MEN World Cup”, we should not say “2025 WOMEN European Cup”.

Reject the “male norm” and just say “UEFA Euro 2025”, as there is no other one, so gender qualifications are unnecessary!

Similarly, tag #EURO2025 rather than #WEURO2025
