Writes romance and horror. Sometimes combines the two in a horrible romance. Gluten-free. May contain nuts. No DMs, please, because the UK has determined I'm not adult enough to read them.

I'm watching it now & I have to say the Shrewsbury audience did a brilliant job of demonstrating that most British people are not the racist shits that Reform, Conservatives & even labour think we are. This ridiculous obsession with immigration has to fucking stop.

He's no Bernini. Charlie Kirk's head was not shaped like that, and I don't think - at least I hope - that nobody's head has ever been shaped like that of Schmalz's weird Jesus.

Although initially pursuing him in relation to the deaths of the Pietzel children, investigators were overwhelmed by the discovery of HH Holmes's "murder castle."

"It was too complicated, so we fined him for zoning violations and released him," said police. "There was a third story and everything."

He talks about the Nobel Peace Prize like absolution. Like it will sanctify his rotten soul so completely that he can die and drift off to a tacky gilded golf heaven full of smiling young girls who aren't able to say no, or find him creepy.

Reform are taking their talking points straight from Trump, and it shows.

Latest Slow Horses might be my favourite yet. River's so needy, Catherine's so relentlessly polite, and I need to know what happens when someone comes between Coe and his podcasts. Diana vs Roddy Ho's personality might have been the highlight, but then Lamb turned his arse into a bioweapon. Again.

I'm not a doctor, but it might be because the few parts of RFK Jr's brain that escaped unscathed from years of Hunter S. Thompson level drug use were later eaten by a worm.

Friend just texted me to say there's an actual Renesmee in her son's class. I am sideeying those parents through walls, space, and time itself.

Heavily implied, yeah. Whether he really is that stupid or he was just being disingenuous doesn't really matter. Because he got what he deserved.

Worst review of anything I've seen since Tuesday, when a self-described critic more or less tried to argue that Paradise Lost was bad at Satan.

TFW you paid $1400 to see Beckett’s most famous work without knowing anything about it
One Star Review of Waiting for Godot on Broadway
I recently attended Waiting for Godot on Broadway and spent over $1,400 for two Row C seats (103 and 104). I'm a longtime admirer of Broadway productions and even hold a season pass for Shea's Performing Arts Theatre, so I came in with genuine enthusiasm and high expectations. Unfortunately, this show was unlike anything ! have ever experienced —and not in a good way.
What I encountered was not the artistry, music, or emotional storytelling I usually associate with Broadway, but instead what felt like an endless cycle of nonsensical conversation between characters who seemed trapped in their own madness. I tried-truly tried-to find meaning, symbolism, or even a thread of emotional resonance. I stayed through the first half hoping the second would offer clarity. But by intermission, it was clear: this was a waste of both time and money.
Keanu Reeves is an actor I respect greatly, but I cannot fathom why he would agree to participate in such a disjointed, inaccessible production. His talent was lost in a performance that defied reason rather than provoked insight.
To anyone considering attending: unless you are drawn to highly abstract, nearly incomprehensible theater, I strongly caution you against this show. For the average, educated, thoughtful theatergoer, it is far more frustrating than fulfilling. In my opinion, this was the single most disappointing Broadway experience I've ever had - an unfortunate waste of money and, more importantly, of time.
