Blue Jays are part of the crow family, as my 5yo who is much more knowledgeable about the natural world than I am, recently informed me.

My bird knowledge is poor, I just like to draw them. Grateful to have a young naturalist at home.

There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.

Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."

TURN IT OFF.

When we literally can't get enough budget to have pens restocked, let alone staff. A lot of you literally need a reality check on what civil service is actually like. We want things to work, we want to help you but we can't get the resources we need and they purposefully supress our wages

I just want to cry. If you've ever wondered what working for government is like, this is it. Critical positions aren't backed up or filled in a timely manner for budgets, everyone is burning out and the public yells at us everyday for not being able to meet needs caused by their lack of planning.

So... just been told that despite the fact I've been doing 2 peoples jobs for months now, and I am currently covering for a 3rd... that 3rd persons leave has been extended. I am so behind on time sensitive tasks I will have to work overtime. And I am so tired.
