I wonder how AAR/SBL is going in relation to ICE and HS thuggery. If anyone knows figures for withdrawals and/or problems at the borders, I would be very interested to know the details.

Of course, I won't condone it when it finally happens, but someone using a gun in a deadly response to the thuggery of Fed fascists is long overdue. Lefty Americans have the patience of saints.

NEWS --> BBC confirms to me that they did edit a line out of historian @rutgerbregman.com's speech. It called Trump "the most openly corrupt president in US history."

BBC also confirms this was done on the advice of lawyers. So Trump's threats worked.

Trump’s Fury at BBC Gets Unnerving Results with Pro-MAGA Edit Stunner
First, British Broadcasting Corporation execs resigned after Trump complained about a segment. Now the BBC edited out a line from a historian that was critical of Trump. Where does this end?

One more month to the severing of my final link to the university of Bristol. No one has been using my work email except odd parts of the University, but if for some crazed reason you want to get in touch, I can access messages on here. Not sure I will put my email here anytime soon though.

The stacking of the puberty blocker trial with SEGM-adjacent clinicians, its dreadful design and now Wes Streeting's public admission that its purpose is to collect evidence to *back up* the ban... are all MASSIVE red flags.

How is this not the top story on every news bulletin?
This has been happening for years and instead of doing anything to protect children successive governments have made the situation worse. This isn't just on councils. It is part of failings on a State level.

One of the hardest things is to continue to be creative with bird photography when you’ve ran through the gamut of close portraits

I’m committing to find time and use my Leica more for wide angle bird photos which include more landscape

Let’s start with some gulls and the ocean

Politicians constantly claim that the government must “live within its means”, just like any family.

In this video, I explain why the household analogy is not only wrong — it is the foundation of austerity.
