to me, the simplest argument against body cams as reform is that they executed a poet and a nurse in the streets while being aware they were on camera from multiple angles. and in the case of renee good, the shooter even filmed it himself.

For starters, tell @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social to go ahead and get a couple non-Dem votes to impeach the DHS Secretary. The timing will never be better. Make every rep in every single swing district explain in public why they are standing by her bald-faced lies.
I want Democrats to use every lever at their disposal to shut things down. They have the power to obstruct and gum up the works, the only thing stopping them is outdated norms.

If a non-citizen neighbor gets kidnapped by ICE, you supposedly have about 4-5 hours to file a habeas petition in Minnesota to prevent ICE from shipping people to Texas. They are moving people that quickly regardless of whether or not they have legal status.
