On Thursday, "Border Czar" Tom Homan announced that Operation Metro Surge is de-escalating and ICE will draw down its presence in Minnesota soon. This is great news if it actually happens, but Minnesotans remain wary, and their masked maruaders may only be redeployed to other cities around the nation.
