This is how tonight sounds in Kyiv ⚠️loud explosions. quiet time between explosions is in a way even more unnerving than explosions themselves.

how do I know when to film? Because we have reports that detect when missiles are coming. So you are just counting the seconds . very disturbing seconds

They have been clear that they are not conducting an investigation into Renee Good's death.

We are.

The last time he started talking like this, his allies minimized the risks and we ended up with January 6. This time we must take him literally and seriously. These comments are a five-alarm fire for democracy. In a functioning republic, he would be impeached and removed from office today.

He’s saying the quiet part out loud: Trump and MAGA Republicans can’t win with their unpopular policies at the ballot box, so they want to steal the 2026 election.
Trump: "These people were brought to our country to vote, & they vote illegally. The Republicans should say, we should take over the voting in at least 15 places. The Republicans ought to nationalize the voting. We have states that I won that show I didn't win. You're gonna see something in Georgia"

The main danger is not that Trump will steal the mid-terms (which would actually be difficult to do), but that he will be able to throw enough doubt on the results that he will be able to encourage his followers to react violently. This is exactly the tactic he used on J6.

Q: Do you plan on tearing the Kennedy Center down and how much will all of the renovations cost?

TRUMP: Probably around $200 million. I'm not ripping it down. I'll be using the steel. So we're using the structure. We're using some of the marble.

The federal government doesn’t usually intervene in election administration, and the GOP request was vague about what it envisioned.
Republicans want ‘comprehensive oversight’ of Michigan’s 2026 election — meaning what?
They didn’t provide many concrete examples.

Impeachment is the only Constitutional check Congress has against a lawless president and talking about it would be a good start to reasserting Congressional power in the future. Assuming of course Congress wants to do that
Speaking out like this is all they can do now. Impeachment is a total and complete joke, and threatening to use it is akin to threatening to hit someone with a wet noodle. Impeachment is no longer a viable tool to use against Republican politicians.

2. We see a sort of Nixon style forgive-and-forget policy
3. We never get the chance to pursue the first two options

The release of more than three million new documents relating to the late sex offender gives credence to claims made by senior security officials: that Epstein was working on behalf of Moscow.

Trump and Ric Grenell destroyed it in one year by making it so toxic that nobody will perform there.

Now they have to shut it down like a Trump casino.
