...there’s this whole MAGA theory that the problem with America is diversity. And we have too much diversity and that’s why we have so much discord or whatever. And it’s really a case of the arsonist setting the house on fire and then complaining that it’s too hot in there.

Both actions stand on their own as horrible decisions. The fact that they occurred simultaneously highlights in great contrast Trump's corruption and disregard for the rule of law.
Awful: Trump just admitted in a new interview that he knows "very little" about the Honduran ex-president he pardoned. This guy trafficked a gazillion times more drugs into the US than anyone Trump has executed. Wrecks his case for the boat bombings.

one of the things i think is that policies answer the question of “what will you do” but they don’t answer the question of “why should i vote for you” and i think there is a tendency in this broad conversation to equate the two
