We got about six or eight inches of snow here in southwest Missouri. Once it tapered off, I headed out to shovel our driveway. Long story short, I could really tell that lifting weights has made a HUGE difference in my functional strength.

I’m a little late getting to this podcast, but it’s good, especially because it’s got me watching movies I otherwise wouldn’t have. I wasn’t interested in The Iron Claw at all, but it’s easily one of the best I’ve seen lately. And Zac Efron is SO good in this.

I’m a little late getting to this podcast, but it’s good, especially because it’s got me watching movies I otherwise wouldn’t have. I wasn’t interested in The Iron Claw at all, but it’s easily one of the best I’ve seen lately. And Zac Efron is SO good in this.

I know Jeremy Allen White is big right now because of The Bear, and rightly so. But goddamn is Zac Efron incredible. A real heartbreaking performance about a dude trying to deal with multiple tragedies and having none of the skills needed
