The hit BBC crime drama is coming back to screens for the first time since its record-breaking 2021 finale
BBC hit crime drama Line of Duty has been confirmed to return for a seventh series. A new six-part season following police anti-corruption investigations was today announced by the BBC.
“We couldn’t be more delighted to be returning for a seventh [series],” said creator Jed Mercurio. “Corruption in this country is supposed to have come to an end while Line of Duty was off air so I’ve been forced to use my imagination.” Continue reading...

Absolutely. An iron law of whether a statement about immigrants is true is that it should also apply if you just use the word “people”. (A test that many claims on the liberal side also fail!)
It's the logical end point of the duhumanisation of asylum seekers. They're not seen as people with agency, but as problems other countries / nefarious forces are dumping on us

I’m not one for bleating, but the world has changed. Schools are unrecognisable from 10 years ago: complex and scary needs, apathy, illness. Sooner we understand this, the quicker we can address it.
