So simply naming someone is doxxing, but taking photos and license plate numbers to create a database of the opposition for government stalking and harassment purposes is not?

Let’s say Patel has “found” individuals and groups funding opposition to ICE. So what? Political groups are protected under the First Amendment and, according to the Supreme Court, money is speech.
