In an attempt to get into audiobooks, I'm listening to books I've already read.
I'm doing Dune now, and the audiobook is bonkers. Actors are using different accents for the same character, and then some chapters have no actors and are all one guy reading.

Calls for it started a few days ago from a handful of local unions and this marks a major expansion. It has a lot of potential to grow.

I feel resentful of these governors like Walz and Pritzker when they ask citizens to do this risky work against federal agents but then let their own state police and municipal cops arrest, beat and jail their citizens while doing this risky work they’ve been asked to do

These problems are bigger than any individual so this isn't a solution but I do think Schumer and Jeffries should be replaced by any two Minneapolis residents who are out doing ICE patrols right now
