Finally painted an Emperor Children as part of my trans pride series !! That one was highly requested.
Had a lot of fun coming up with weird details, between the asymetrical colors, the gender knife and the skin pantaloon, to give that faction its flair.

I’m a massive believer in reference but when it comes to others art it is used so liberally and without due care for the original artist that this happens and its avoidable if people just respected others work and not treat it all as fuel for there own needs. Hope they pay and credit in response.

I’m a massive believer in reference but when it comes to others art it is used so liberally and without due care for the original artist that this happens and its avoidable if people just respected others work and not treat it all as fuel for there own needs. Hope they pay and credit in response.

Honestly all of this plus a PhD in sociology (which I pursued because of the autism-trans combo) makes everything seem so incomprehensibly *weird*, especially when people suffer for arbitrary rules that make them miserable based on extremely apparent fictions.
As an autistic and trans person, I’ve always found it strange—unsettling, even—how so many people accept arbitrary laws and institutional norms as if they’re carved from the bones of the universe, immutable and absolute.
