I know we have problems with wait times here in Canada, but I still prefer our health insurance system over the neighbors'.
I fell off a ladder in August. The bill for the 1.7 mile ambulance ride is $4387.31.
Our $4500 per MONTH Cigna insurance won’t pay more than $600, because the ambulance is out of network.
There are no in-network ambulances in our county, and I was unconscious when it was called.

Maybe we need air purifiers for more than just covid, other infections, and smoke, eh?
Ok so if no one cares about the airborne virus that infects the lining of your blood vessels and breaks basically every part of your body, maybe they'll be interested in cleaning the air because it's also full of microplastics (those little threads floating in a sunbeam aren't pixie dust).
