It’s the “season of love and giving”…but this year, doesn’t it seem more like a “season of fear and taking”? Like many of you, I’ve been saddened by the human impact of draconian government budget cuts and how angry many housed Americans are at unhoused Americans.

Re the below skeet: visit your local museum! There are all sorts of museums, probably one in your town, keeping history alive. A few years ago I stumbled into the Biddeford (Maine) Mills Museum. It’s in what used to be the mill but is now apartments and shops. Loved talking with the volunteers!
