I’ve spent the last three days reading Heated Rivalry fanfic, and I can’t stand the ones where they come off the ice after a game and immediately leave without showering.

I am NOBODY. I was a lowly Editorial Assistant at a publishing house for all of five years - one that had nothing to do with Damon - and even I have a story about him.
His stink really got around.

There is a person who eventually turned out to be an infamous level asshole, but the first time someone introduced me to him I had my name tag flipped backwards so he didn't think I was important and he literally looked me up and down and turned away.
Later he tried to walk that back but you can't.

Talking to one of these types at a con who asked how I 'got in' with so many 'famous writers' who I'd been talking to and I said "we made friends before anyone knew who we were decades ago by striking up interesting conversations and enjoying each other's company" and he kept re-asking the question.

I want more than six episodes for the second season of Heated Rivalry. I mean, I guess six is fine if they’re all two hours long.
It’s just…there are SO MANY scenes in THE LONG GAME that I need to see on my screen. And I think the response has been feral enough to merit it.
