Grasping in class yesterday for a way of describing the situation where institutions deliberately have procedures in place to slow things down and deny responsibility, I landed on the phrase ‘motivated structural inefficiency’. Widespread and growing, I believe.

Mayor Karácsony has shown tremendous leadership, and the organisers huge courage.

In the coming months, the government will share it's plan to fix the NHS, but there's currently no plan for social care.
