Update: In the evidence preservation lawsuit, the current Civil Chief at the Minnesota U.S. Attorney's Office (who appears to be Ana Voss, based on the letter), refused to accept email service of the lawsuit last night and then refused to accept in-person service until Monday.

i’m not saying this is definitely wrong at all but i’ll propose an alternate theory i think is equally plausible: this is one of the few things trump’s still directly involved in, and he believes he now has to communicate ‘i can do whatever i want to you no matter what you think of it’
something else that’s really clear is the extent to which Trump himself is checked out and declining and Miller is running the show

the extent to which this administration is out of control is really summed up by the fact that they immediately went with “this was an armed terrorist there to kill law enforcement” knowing that video from multiple angles completely disproving them was out there and would be seen by everyone
