What makes their tactics any different from criminals? Criminals also don’t uphold the law and respect rights. The ESTA form already requires a ‘selfie’ upload in addition to the passport *and*, more worryingly, a declaration of social media accounts held. “None of your goddam business under the 1st amendment” doesn’t seem to be an option. New Tesco mobile burner phone seems to be the best available answer.
