For "populism" read "popular". Amazing how centrist Labour are seeking to frame popularity as something delusional. They seem not to grasp that this not only insults the Green party, but also alienates further its increasingly numerous and enthusiastic supporters. Pathetic.
Joe Dromey comes from a family who has form in attacking the left (mother Harriet Hartman was vicious against Jeremy Corbyn).
First they ignore you. Then they patronise you by telling you that you have the right ideas but we need to move slowly. Finally, when you are getting somewhere, they show their real colours and attack. Greens are clearly worrying Labour.
