If you know basic kabbalah it's actually not too hard to make a golem out of a labubu. Don't recommend it though. They have a pre-existing body-dharma. As soon as they wake they run straight for the sea. V hard to counter. Lost the first one. No idea what it's doing out there. Moved like lightning.

Thinking about Christmas presents for my wife. Does anyone know what it smells like?

I mean, America has quarterly reporting. How the heck do you lose this much money?

Like: it has to be criminal at that point. You don’t lose this down the back of the sofa

A five-byline alarm on First Brands:

“.. the stakes were raised on Wednesday night when one of First Brands’ financial partners made an emergency court filing calling for an independent investigation into $2.3 billion .. it said had ‘simply vanished.’”

The photography in this article really feels like The Times are deliberately setting these people up for ridicule. (You can read it without visiting The Times here archive.ph/KZZC1)
An article from The Times: "Meet the young Tories dreaming of a bright blue future". Featuring bizarre portraits of Charles Amos, Rhys Benjamin and Daniel Campbell.

Yeah so M&A is usually about buying business not increasing GDP. So productivity normally drops post acquisition
disappoptimism.bsky.social
Also: I feel M&A activity actually stifles growth. And there’s been a LOT of this

Imho as a total n00b it’s a combination of a drop in traditional manufacturing & production & the consolidation services combined with fact you can no longer write off technology as a capital cost very effectively anymore.

So no real investment is made by companies because margins are impacted

They’ve definitely got ready to rumble and maybe even gone as far as just a little love.

Those sure do look like bubbles in that diagram - don’t they?

The real Annabelle looks like a proper little strumpet & troublemaker
A ridiculous 80s doll with red hair and printed facial features wearing a white dress that’s claimed to be haunted

I watched 'The Conjuring: Last Rites" and it still makes me smile when you compare the movie version of Annabelle with the actual doll.
The movie version of Annabelle, forged in cursed Bakelite and imbued with the souls of the damned, glares out at us from its glass prison. The sign on the door reads "Warning! Positively do not open", not that any warning is necessary when you look at its cruel face. The actual Annabelle, essentially a jolly cushion with limbs and a face, gives a cheery smile as it stares out at us from its glass prison. The sign on the door reads "Warning! Positively do not open" which seems unduly harsh. Like caging a Smurf.

It raises the logical point:

If this is only about pride; why are you see intent on not being proud of it?
