I was amazed at how hard it was to choose a shortlist but, in the end, there was a clear winner.

The present to be afraid and cold🎶

Deleted a post about “what’s your least favorite song” because the vibes are bad enough already.

Instead: what’s your favorite song that has a long title, say at least 6 words long?

Mine: “Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town” (Pearl Jam)

The truth must be told.

Also, if I remember my Ancient Greek, Helen’s brother’s name Polydeuces translates as “Many Shits”.
If Christopher Nolan doesn't show Helen of Troy being hatched from an egg after her mother slept with a swan then it just shows he hates Western Civilization.

These people do get that this is mythology right? Not sure the colour of her skin is the biggest issue here.

Cats are cool.

People who think that you can’t love both equally therefore are 50% less happy than they could be.

It’s just mathematics.

News just in: Canada declares war on the People’s Republic of Rory, then promptly apologises, and just decides to frown a bit.
It’s fucking insane that Clamato is still a product. Yes, you can make a Caesar, but I’m not Canadian. It’s a gross flavor.

Kansas politicians having a normal one, spending lots of time thinking about toilets and other people’s genitals.
1. The most extreme anti-trans bill ever proposed is currently rocketing through the Kansas legislature.

It would empower bounty hunters to search for trans people in bathrooms, even in private businesses, and sue them for large sums of money.

The House is voting on it today.
Kansas Advancing Anti-Trans Bill Allowing Bounty Hunters To Patrol Private Business Bathrooms
The bill, which is racing through the Kansas legislature, stands a significant chance of passing the Senate.

Got my first bag of potato chips in months. Cracked it open. The first chip out of the bag was... soggy?

The second chip was almost fungal.

Baffled, I explored the bag and discovered AN ENTIRE POTATO. Unsliced, brined, like a wad of seasoning juice. It had survived, and now was juicing the chips.

GET PISSED ON, FOOS! “They threw piss, make sure to write that down!” BORTAC agent in Minneapolis says a bottle of alleged urine was thrown at his vehicle earlier.

“Someone threw a bottle of piss and it went all inside the vehicle” the agent told me.

“That’s the peaceful protesters” he adds.
