Agree that Liberals have far more of a bag to have fumbled. I also think the future means making a lot of solidarity with people with differing theories of change.
However on a nuts-and-bolts level we also need to decide what tactics to use and I'm uninspired by a lot of anarchist methods

liberals have orders of magnitude more people, financial resources, and institutional support than anarchists do in this particular part of the world and this particular part of the world still looks like what it looks like, maybe chill out a little
i don't particularly disagree with a lot of the critiques of anarchist activism by liberals but I bristle when they act as if their best practices are any wiser. we're here because none of us figured out how to avoid being here.

I'm sympathetic to the idea that you can do easy things that make doxing harder and that there are non-state actors that are easier to avoid.
But more dramatic measures often do a lot to make building a large movement harder and aren't close to adequate to combat state surveillance

the size of your movement dilutes your risk profile. you may have to hide if they can arrest you. if you outnumber them 100:1, exemplary arrests may even be impossible.
