Yeah that’s how the Prince/Princess titles work under British law, so the only way I could foresee them losing their titles is William changing the law when he gets to be king which I wouldn’t completely count out

My guess is no, they have their titles because they are male-line grandchildren of a monarch and they haven’t done anything heinous like he has.
