I told a friend im in the absolute lowest levels hell right now and dont have the capacity to "do". Now she calls me every day to see what level of hell i claim to be in. Today is the 10th. I dont have to answer the phone until I get back up to the 3rd 🤣

Deep deep cleaning and completely rearranging my entire home is spiritual. It was also a futile attempt to grasp at some level of control over my life as it continues to spiral out of the safe harbor of my control into a pit I cannot fathom how to retrieve it from.

Most Mars days i feel like fighting. I can honestly say that without fear anymore. Im antsy, easily agitated, and need solitude. If something happened the night before all the feelings bypassed withh be present. Any other day shit be water off my back, thats absolutely crazy lol

Beliefs like racism are in literally every field of life- science, fashion, art, business, school, everything. You can- and should- spend your whole life unpacking the biases, both loud and quiet ones, you were raised in. Even just "how much you hate a genre" can be rooted in unconscious racism.
My mother, who was born in 1936 and died in 2021, called herself a "recovering racist" because she realized she had subconscious racist beliefs she had to work to recognize and eradicate. As a white person in an incredibly racist society, it's almost impossible not to do/say/believe racist ideas.
