Showing my age here, but timed hits and defense has been around in turn based JRPGs as far back as Super Mario RPG.

I've even seen the Chrono Trigger combat style used in Tokyo RPG Factory games.

Games get influenced by other games.
Every time someone accuses us of ripping off Expedition 33, we die a little bit inside.

Yes, it's a turn-based RPG.
Yes, it has dodges and parries.

Our game already had all that in the public demos we released in 2022 and 2024.
No need to call us names🫠

(🚨) A surprise two-fer tonight! Here is an urgent PROOF report itemizing all the ways the Trump Administration has willfully violated the Epstein Files Transparency Act tonight.

The list is already quite long, and it will be updated in real time.
PROOF EXCLUSIVE: Itemizing Every Violation of the Epstein Files Transparency Act By the Trump Administration
Major media reports confirm that (a) Trump is personally overseeing the case—and thus all violations of federal law now known—and (b) those running the show day-to-day are all his lawyer-agents.

2025 was a tough year, but it’s important to celebrate some victories. So here are just a few of ours!

👊We mobilized queer communities, parents & youth to combat dangerous online censorship bills like KOSA. We even launched a flagship campaign to influence power at the state level.

Another bill aimed at repealing section 230 has been introduced, this time in the senate

Please continue to advocate for protecting Sec 230 to your reps. We dont know how much support these bills will get yet, but they are obviously trying to push this issue

You all literally gave up on the shutdown with the understanding they wouldn’t vote on health care you lied to every American to get nothing out of the shutdown and now you are playing optics to try and claim you didn’t give away healthcare for nothing.
You and the Democratic Party have sold us out.
Today, I stood with @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social and @housedemocrats.bsky.social to demand an immediate vote to extend the Affordable Care Act tax credits.

What’s the hold up, Speaker Johnson?

To all the young people in New York and across our country who count on gender-affirming care:

I won't let this administration come for you, your doctors, or your lifesaving health care.

Your health care is still legal and protected.

I'll always fight for you.

Last year Michigan approved exemptions aimed at getting tech companies to build massive data centers in the state.

How heartless can you be to want to jail parents for 10 years if they provide gender affirming care for their children?
Just now, a national trans healthcare felony ban for youth has passed the US House, with 10 year prison terms.

3 Dems crossed party lines to vote to jail providers.

4 GOP crossed party lines to vote against.

It is not expected to pass the Senate, where Dems hold filibuster power.

Story to come.

This would not have passed if those chickenshit Dems Davis, Cellar, and Gonzalez had not voted for it. They voted to put the parents of trans youth in prison for ten years.

Primary them all.
