Affect in fandom is out! 🥳 We LOVED working with authors on this volume on fandom, transmedia and games. This collection tackles creativity & content made by fans - their history AND their future (e.g. sustainable design). Download for free! 💜 #fanstudies

Such fond memories of this show and watching episodes with my friends in my mid to late twenties while working on my PhD! It's just so cute. This week I thrifted this Discord statue for 7 euros. Maybe I should rewatch some FIM eps? (Rarity 💜)

I've been really enjoying reading works in this issue the past week. The articles are all very relevant! The first section has many good reads on fanfic. The second covers AI. (I'm happy that my work on AI-generated fan art & characters is cited in several of the articles! 💜)

I didn't expect to love Silksong this much! 🩷 What a beautiful and haunting game. I am not usually into difficult platformers but this has the satisfaction of a Dark Souls game and I am here for it.

PS: I just reached Lace and what a shock for an early boss. Hope to defeat her soon...ish... 🤭
