Transferred a drawing I did of a raven to a gessoed hardboard panel. I'm actually going to use my oil paints. I got them months ago and have just been too intimidated to do much with them.

One of my friends was kind enough to take me to the hardware store today so I could get some MDF and now I have the linoleum for linocuts mounted, including the one I already did. Now I can do some carving and printing.

I love my partner, but maybe calling the party you planned for tonight the "Winter Sucks Party" was a poor choice. I'm currently home instead of at a party at his place because winter indeed decided to suck and the roads are a slippery snowy mess.

This is the quietest the server for my Vampire the Dark Ages game has been for a long time. It was more active over Christmas than right now. Why? Because like half my players and two of my assistant storytellers are at a big OWBN event game right now lol

Made brownies tonight using black Dutch processed cocoa and they turned out delicious but I still have not achieved my goal of making brownies that taste like the cookie part of oreos. Needs more experimentation.

Had a storyteller meeting with my assistant storytellers to discuss this years plots and changes to the house rules. Finally think I made using shields actually meaningful, it's always been one of the weak points in Vampire: The Dark Ages equipment rules. #vtm
