Telling the truth can be dangerous business. Honest and popular don’t go hand in hand.

Fan of Broncos, Nuggets, Avs… wish the Rockies were worth being a fan of.

All photography and artwork is my own.

Hopeful to cultivate a community while I’m here.

Finally painted one of the dozens of pictures of flowers I’ve taken through the years (the photo is of a particularly stunning azalea bush I encountered in early April of 2020). I’m happy with the result and have more appreciation for creating depth with paint on a flat surface. #create #art
Losing by less than 2 pts to miss out on the #fantasyfootball playoffs hurts. Even moreso because Hurts, playing against me, did everything he could do to help me win, even turning the ball over twice on one play! Turns out that +2 he got for picking up that fumble was the difference b/t joy & tears

Tough call today whether I start J Jefferson against WAS or C Olave against TAM. I feel good about both matchups, but in the end, I feel slightly better about Olave’s opportunities and QB.

Not officially playoffs til next week, but this is a must-win #fantasyfootball matchup today. Let’s Go 😤😤😤

Rape is bad. Racism is bad. Grifting is bad. Destroying public institutions and programs is bad. Wrecking the economy is bad. Kidnapping people is bad. Building camps is bad. Committing war crimes is bad. We need to offer people a reason to show up, but I believe that a majority are against *this*.

Saw a beautiful Blue Jay up on the Grand Mesa today. How nice to see snow and a mountain lake in the thin air above 10,000 feet.

I’ve seen a downturn of foreign visitors to the US and I can’t say I blame them.
The US is facing a significant loss in international tourism in 2025, with the World Travel & Tourism Council(WTTC) projecting a $12.5 billion drop in international visitor spending.
This makes the US the only country out of 184 studied to be projected to see a decline, driven

Thanks, @talibkweli.bsky.social for bringing this explanation to my attention.

I’d always figured anyone can be racially prejudiced, and figured that meant they were racist. Indeed anyone can be, but this definition of racism (i.e. prejudice + power) opened my eyes

No, Black People Can’t Be “Racists”
The term “racism” must be understood within the context of an anti-Black American polity.

Incredible directing, award-worthy acting, excellent score, spot-on characterization details in the sets, costumes, hair, makeup, photography, everything! And the chase scene… 😚🤌
