It's not a matter of whether or not we'll have such tribunals. It's whether or not we can still manage to have them in prosecution of fascist Republicans for crimes against humanity. If we can't, fascist Republicans will eventually hold them against everyone else for the crime of humanity.
Happy to chat with the administration about the Nuremberg tribunals.

Including about the crime of enforced disappearance and the limits of the defense of superior orders.
Hey look POTUS calling for military tribunals

Elon Musk donated $277 million to Trump so he could steal the federal government’s data, dismantle the nation’s infrastructure, and stop foreign aid from going to nonwhite people. It’s a quid pro quo breathtaking in scope, corruption, and damage, & completely unprecedented in American history.
Bye bye, “DOGE”.

It no longer exists as a “centralized entity”, according to the Office of Personnel Management.

If I ran Vice rn I would do every thing in my power to fund a vaping 25 year old journalist with a small crew to track down and corner Ian Miles Cheong for a scathing gotcha interview to attempt to understand why he thinks he should be taken seriously.

What I find most incredible when reading the news is that people still think the characters in Prometheus (2012) behave unrealistically.

Chapo really nailed it with the “Lana Del Rey of Journalism” rebrand.
"She’s not trying to rebuild her reputation as a journalist—she’s building a different kind of brand entirely, one where being interesting matters more than being ethical, where attention is the only currency that still spends."

The best thing I have read about her. www.mediaite.com/opinion/the-...
The Olivia Nuzzi Comeback Is Everything Wrong With Modern Media
Olivia Nuzzi’s comeback isn’t a personal scandal story—it’s proof that today’s media rewards access, personality, and controversy more than ethics.

Been thinking about China’s new policy that influencers must have degrees and certifications in the field of information that they disseminate online a lot lately.
when I was young, i used to wonder how people like this would fare in life, as they didn't seem suited for gainful employment. it turns out, the internet allowed them to accumulate a massive audience of similar idiots, enriching them and turning them into a presidential advisor

Wife: It is interesting that the biggest papers and networks burned decades of hard work by others who built up their brands to bend over immediately for Donald Trump because they thought he would be a successful dictator and 10 months in he's flailing. Those people have the worst business instincts

In a sane world, no more than 5 of these emails that dropped this week would be enough to end a political career. The world's most powerful people are bragging about terrible crimes in lower case texting-speak on gmail accounts. This is an opening into the lowest of the low.
