The two children who returned to MN today say they saw one of their Valley View schoolmates at a detention center in TX. This is a child whose family was last in contact with the school on January 9. No one has known where they were until now.

Columbia Heights has now connected the located child and her family with legal counsel. But TX lawyers told MPR they have spoken to MN families at Dilley who were not provided required legal counsel before being shipped out of state. www.mprnews.org/story/2026/0...

Shit is nuts. This week I spoke to a crim. defense attorney from mpls who mostly does federal work. He said a client got arrested with 19 pounds of meth & an indictment was coming. Then the feds had to forgo the indictment because they don’t have the resources. Walking away from 19 pounds of meth!
They are running out of lawyers.
DM me? We used to get hundreds of highly qualified applicants for a single job posting. Good prosecutors are increasingly hesitant to work for this DOJ.
