I also make a bunch of bespoke (for lack of a better term) neomoji. Haven't quite gotten around to releasing a full set yet but I have contributed to neogob and neobot.

Please keep putting pressure on PayPal. Stories like this are becoming more and more common. Artists don’t deserve to lose their source of income over payment processors being puritanical/anti-small business.
I'm devastated, if I don't find an alternative that works with argentinians I'm contemplating the worst, I can't do regular jobs, art was my job for around 15 years
I don't do nsfw even when people insist me to
my life was already crumbling and now I don't know what to do

As much as I want a JJBA set in the far future where aliens discover Kars, I'd also accept Jaco Jaco's Bizarre Adventures.
a cartoon character with a purple and white outfit and yellow eyes
Alt: Jaco the Galactic Patrolman from Dragon Ball Super.

Are left really could run on law & order if they promised to prosecute people who did serious bad crimes instead of trivial shit regardless of party. People who do Epstein-esque sex crimes, war crimes, climate crimes, political crimes, and financial crimes all get the wall.
Think about how much easier it would be to prosecute Hegseth for war crimes if Kissinger or Cheney and Rumsfield had been.

Can you even imagine how different the last few decades would be if Kissinger had faced literally any form of justice for his crimes.

I know everyone says Stardust Crusaders is the best or at least a great jumping on point but I just don't get it.

I love that Araki opens Battle Tendency showing that NYC is a mess due to pickpockets but the real villains are the cops.

The first episode of #JJBA is the most over the top depiction of a character as evil that I have ever seen, and it's so perfect. There isn't a shred of decency in Dio's body and it comes across in his every word and action.

Just watched The Naked Gun with my dad. I don't get the low ratings. It's an old school slapstick comedy full of sight gags and puns with a few pop culture references.

The bad guy is a tech CEO and regressive conservative who thinks he's saving the world by destroying it.

What else do you want?

I wish I could mute any post with more than 4 hashtags. Maybe give some wiggle room for introduction posts, but tag spam is just not a thing I want to see but it is rewarded on the Discovery tab.

Next week the House E&C Committee is looking to run something of a shock and awe campaign, debating at least 19 bills that they say are related to "protecting kids online." Most of which are actually about censorship and control. Don't buy the framing. It's always the same damn thing.

Took my meds on a mostly empty stomach and apparently the only thing in there was a sub that didn't agree with me.

I do not recommend this combination. I'm only up to eating 3 saltines at a time before needing a break.

I used to think Hooters was the weirdest place I'd get delivery orders from because food isn't the reason you go there.

But tonight I got an order from a karaoke bar. I hope the customer doesn't expect me to sing.

Really wild situation here: a celebrated and well-regarded indie dev and publisher is facing shutdown because Valve banned their game from Steam and won't talk to them about it, at all.

In DanMachi, Bell Cranel knows that dodge rolling is the most effective way to escape dangerous situations. This includes socially awkward ones.

He gets it.

I replaced my PSU so now my computer will turn on but it gets stuck power cycling.

I can't even tell if I'd prefer it to be that I screwed up the connections or the mobo being fried. I'm so sick of failing.

Seeing how much of the right-wing on Twitter is just bot farms, kinda lays bare how much hate and hatred is a project that needs to be constantly maintained, a fire that needs to be fed all the time lest it go out for a moment, so much time, effort, and resources to keep people angry and hateful.

A push poller from a pro-Israel group started spam texting me today. It took around 20 messages, but he finally blocked me.

Fuck that guy.

I realize that it is important that a 24 pin ATX connector have a solid connection but I'm just not strong enough to disconnect it from the power supply. My fingers feel like hamburger meat.

Wait, now I figured out what this has to do with Taylorism. In Taylorism you are required to have metrics for everything. When you can't measure something, you ass pull a number and declare it a universal truth. Then you punish workers who don't meet that standard.

Waking up at 7AM is like that.
“Capitalism forces you to wake up at 7am against your body’s natural rhythms” no that’s Taylorism and if you don’t like living in a society that coordinates effort to ensure a better outcome for all then I don’t think you’ll love the alternatives

But the issue that we have is that capitalism doesn't coordinate effort to ensure a better outcome for all, we're not all getting up at 7am to ensure everyone is healthy, well fed and able to enjoy their life, we're getting up at 7am to work the feedslop machine at the Torment Nexus

Why do people still bring up impeachment? Democrats don't have 67 votes in the senate to remove him. To get that, they'd need to win every single senate seat. Schumer won't bring it up unless Trump would be removed.

He won't be impeached no matter what.

Growing up, schools hated Wikipedia and punished you for using it.

It's pathetic that schools will now punish you for not using Grokipedia.
I don't understand how anyone can watch how blatantly Grok is manipulated to answer the way ownership desires it to and then act like the other LLM chatbots couldn't possibly be similarly but less obviously compromised to produce responses in whatever way corporate interests and priorities dictate.
