Ok I know I’m missing a ton of people, but wanted to get a #PedsICU starter pack going.
Biggest learning point from code team training…some beds absolutely suck for CPR.

ICU nurses are my friends. They save my ass and save people’s lives. I am so fucking angry.
Alex Pretti was a colleague at the VA. We hired him to recruit for our trial. He became an ICU nurse- I lover working with him. He was a good kind person who lived to help and these fuckers executed him.

White. Hot. Rage.

BREAKING: Senior Judge Brooke Jackson has blocked the USDA from forcing Colorado into a "pilot program," ostensibly to detect fraud in food assistance across five counties. He'll issue a written order soon, but his questioning of the DOJ lawyer gives you some sense of how Jackson viewed the case:

Since July, I've tracked at least 2,300 cases in which federal judges have ruled ICE has illegally detained people without bond or due process.

This is one that stands out:

All of this is fucking senseless. Minnesota did not have an immigration problem. Trump sent his Nazi thugs here because he's racist against Somali people and to own libs like Tim Walz. Now two Minnesotans are dead and Minneapolis is on the verge of going up in flames. None. Of. This. Was. Necessary.

Once again, immigration is not even a problem. Immigrants are not more criminal, they don't cost jobs, they don't harm the economy. There is no reason for any of this. It is hurting ourselves to hurt them.

ICU doctor here, in 20 odd years of practice I’ve never seen a woman hospitalised let alone admitted to ICU due to mifepristone.
I’ve lost count of the number of complications of pregnancy that I’ve looked after.
Rep. Chris Smith: "The abortion pill -- mifepristone -- is baby poison ... we now know that the abortion bill -- we've long expected this -- is extremely dangerous to women" (this is a lie)

I’ll say it again, but louder: I’ve taken care of too many children in the #PedsICU who have gotten sick or died from vaccine preventable illnesses to tolerate PEDIATRICIANS who refuse to learn or understand how we got to where we are, and are willing to let children suffer. Milhoan is a disgrace.

Kids in my daughter’s school refer to those two days off as Evil Break.

As in, “So what did you do over Evil Break?”

National media should really be covering the fact thay every major school, museum, and arts institution in the Twin Cities, and hundreds of local businesses are closed tomorrow to protest federal occupation.

Nothing like this at this scale has happened anywhere in America anytime in living memory.
