A total of 338 candidates have been nominated: 244 individuals and 94 organizations.

At 11:00 AM Norwegian time, it was announced that Maria Corina Machado will be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for 2025:

Ever since his family's food rations stopped arriving at their internment camp in Myanmar in April, the father had watched helplessly as his once-vibrant baby boy weakened, suffering from diarrhea and begging for food.
On May 21, exactly two weeks after Taher's little boy died, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio sat before Congress and declared: "No one has died" because of his government's decision to gut its foreign aid program. Rubio also insisted: "No children are dying on my watch."
That, Taher says, "is a lie."

Det er jo alltid like gøy å ha en liten Ted Talk i møtet hvor undersøkelsen legges frem om hvorfor eNPS med pluss/minus ti deltakere alltid komplett ubrukelig og hvordan selv jeg som strøk i 2MY eksamen og måtte gå opp igjen som privatist klarer å se at dataene ikke henger på greip statistisk

I strongly object to the comparison many are making these days between Stephen Miller and Joseph Goebbels.

I think it's deeply misguided, and unfair, to compare them.

Goebbels was a far better propagandist, and didn't execute much policy.

Miller far more closely resembles Heinrich Himmler.

En aha-opplevelse det tok overraskende lang tid før jeg fikk etter siste kjøkkenoppussing: Innebygde/integrerte kjøleskap har rævva plass. Du mister overraskende mange liter kjøleskapsplass både i dybde og i bredden av at kjøleskapet skal passe inn i et 60 x 60 x ? skapskrog
