I had a close friend in high school who’s mum was full on Born Again, and like, he was only allowed to play DBZ Budokai with me because she didn’t know Dabura existed. 😭

I have yet to see any evidence that there is a market for AI-generated books outside of people being tricked into thinking they are not AI-generated books. AKA, it is a project of scamming and deceiving people, and really should be treated as fraud

This is really the critical point: Firefox is packing its browser with AI slop functions by default; relying on a user actively choosing to turn it off.

I think this might be the most offensive version of it to me, AI art is soulless in all of its forms but using it to generate an entire book really crystallizes how little human thought or interest is being put into it
