Lee Anderson: "She's throwing her money away, isn't she, to be honest with you"

Especially if Farage comes along and tears up the ‘reset’ as he threatens.

Honest to god.. it’s such a tedious, idiotic, resource-sapping mess. There’s really nothing patriotic about it. Prejudice costs such a lot.

Earlier today I looked up media reporting from late 2024. There were doubts about Mandelson, but mostly to do with his position on China or past criticisms of Trump. Numerous mentions of his ego and past resignations, but only a few treated Epstein as a major issue. Farage was surprisingly positive.

Reminder that "jaywalking" was literally made up by american car manufacturers to shift the blame for accidents from drivers to pedestrians. "Jay" was a slang term meaning "idiot" or "rube".
“Jaywalking is permitted in London. In 1966, the police tried to crack down on it, but gave up after three months.”

People walk and cycle on roads by right, people drive under licence.

Jaywalking is not a thing in English law and Waymo must not change that.

Please, *please*, PLEASE do not use that word!
“Jaywalker” is a term pushed by the US Auto industry to criminalise pedestrians crossing the road and inconveniencing all those very important motor car drivers. We don’t have that concept here - thank God - and we should not be thinking in those terms.
