Social democracy is used to describe a society which is predominantly capitalist, but where the state acts to regulate the economy in the general interest, provides welfare services outside of it & attempts to alter the distribution of income & wealth in the name of social justice....

Hey, so since this has been confirmed, I've decided I will not stream Fortnite going forward. I'd rather play something that doesn't stuff the pockets of the world's biggest transphobe. I encourage y'all to consider the same.

Fuck JK. Trans rights are human rights 🏳️‍⚧️

A Chinese dissident and human rights activist who risked his life to document Uyghur detention camps was arrested by the ICE Gestapo in August. The Turd Reich is poised to deport him back to China so Beijing can disappear (and probably torture and murder) him. 🤬

🇺🇦 Ukraine will not recognize Donbas as Russian either de jure or de facto, — Zelensky

I believe we are very close to strong security guarantees.

Meeting with Trump will be when the parties finalize the documents.

I don’t think there should be a cap; just a 90% tax rate on income over $10million, a tax on unrealized capital gains, a 50% tax on estates over, oh, $3m, and an end to the step-up in basis when you inherit stuff.
"The billionaires have only themselves to blame.
It’s as if the sheer scale of this wealth, which beggars even the riches of the Gilded Age, has induced a kind of class sociopathy."
That's exactly what happens. I'm writing a book about it.

He is literally the worst person in the world, and his statement this morning about Rob Reiner is possibly one of the worst things said by a U.S. President in any of our lives.

This is Trump celebrating the murder of Rob Reiner. That's what it is. That's what we should call it.

People who said this sort of thing about Charlie Kirk were fired, arrested and banned from the US.

Rob Reiner actually worked hard to help the people of this country while Charlie Kirk was a showboating asshole who promoted hate. Yet Reiner was outraged by Kirk's death and was nothing but kind and empathetic about it. Trump isn't worth a hair on Reiner's balls.

I’m just going to tell the story. Back in 2000 I was volunteering for the Gore campaign when he came along with Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Alfre Woodard and Dule Hill to a GOTV event here in MN. He ended up sitting down across from me stuffing his envelopes.

Trump's REAL post about Rob Reiner and his wife Michele. Read this and remember: At some point we will get to post about Donald Trump's death. There will be no need to be kind or thoughtful. Trump would want you to be as vile as he is.
