I personally think it is kinda weird to write a cute lil post™️ dunking on chat gpt for talking to your dog all night because that only happened as a result of YOU HAVING A CHAT GPT ACCOUNT FOR SOME REASON.
Congrats you wasting finite resources and also admitting to using the slop machine, I guess.
I purchased this gun in order to educate my self fully on guns and the dangers they can pose.

This morning my ammo cache was inexplicably exhaused. it took a while but I pieced it together,
but LLM usage and the AI bubble has pushed this into overdrive.
if thats the case, I'm pretty sure its also true that youtube handles 100x more video plays than chat GPT does queries.

of course youtube's own AI usage (and that of uploaders) is problematic. And there is a case that the energy demands of Online as a whole are unsustainable -

Genuinely curious what some of the less crazy gaga woowoo centrists think about this. Surely there comes a time when the omerta can't hold and the strategy of keeping your mouth shut just seems intolerable? If you stay quiet for this what else are you just letting pass without comment?

i don’t need to do meth to tell students not to do meth. i also teach about the risks of so-called AI and i manage to do it without being part of the problem.
I actually knew two kids who had a NES, but they were a pretty rare novelty. Basically every kid I knew around my age had an 8-bit micro of some kind though!
I suppose I'm arguing that we shouldn't have to deal with additional imported far right nut jobs, given the precedent of their violent behaviour in Amsterdam.

On the other hand that possibly risks making me pro border control in this one very specific case. So I could be wrong!
tbf the position that sanctions should prevent Israeli citizens from being allowed to travel to the UK would be legitimate

Dresspect the glorious dead. They gave their tomorrow so we can performatively #remembrance them 🫡 9/10 for effort, 1/10 for practicality. She needs to watch out on those stairs, lest she becomes one of the fallen
I completely agree that UEFA should ban Israeli clubs from European competition, for the same reason it banned Russian clubs.

But this is *not* why Maccabi Tel Aviv fans have been (also, completely correctly) banned from travelling to Birmingham! Ronay is falsely insinuating that this is the case.
OTOH if she had suggested that the Maccabi Tel Aviv fans' behaviour should be precedent for a ban of Israeli teams from European competition altogether - well there would in fact be a well known precedent for that!
I mean I agree with both positions, but the way Sultana puts it as a kind of "furthermore" makes it easy for pricks like Scofield to suggest that the Maccabi Tel Aviv fan ban is related to Gaza or indeed Israel itself, which it isn't.
imo Zarah does make a mis-step here conflating two things that (while both correct) should be kept separate.

A ban on Maccabi away fans (due to hooliganism) is a completely different matter from banning Israeli teams from European competition (due to the country's genocidal actions).
The ban isn't for Maccabi fans' safety and anyone telling you that is lying. Any football team whose away fans are involved in hooliganism can face a ban like this. Their nationality, ethnicity and religion are irrelevant.

you can't compare protest movements from the past to protest movements today. they were protesting with farmers and milk men back then. today's soros funded black bloc antifa protesters can afford to train year round and not just during the regular season

A few weeks back, Dinamo Zagreb fans were banned from their game against Maccabi Tel-Aviv, but when you search for that on Google all you get is stories about Maccabi fans being banned from Aston Villa.

something i hate about offices is how people walk around with their open laptops in hand. all it takes is one walk near the kitchen, a corner drama, and you're really fucked for the day
these should be as mandatory as hard hats
