I cannot stress this enough, and I am tired of saying it: British white people, everything you are seeing in the US is coming here and you cannot watch Eurovision or Great British Bakeoff or sign petitions and think you can stiff-upper-lip or ignore your way out of this.

There have long been rumors that the Skull and Bones fraternity house in New Haven contains the skull of Apache leader Geronimo.

A researcher unearthed a letter in 2006 that seemed to corroborate that claim.

I found two more letters in Yale’s archives, along with more corroborating evidence.
While we’re on the topic:

Letters I found in Yale archives said Skull and Bones members took Native American remains from a grave in Oklahoma in 1918.

Sure, they've made an environmentally catastrophic mass hallucination disinformation plagiarism Clippy that will destabilize the world, but also their other goal is to replace human workers entirely and let us humans starve. A boycott of AI is the most important boycott of your entire life.
"All of this falls apart if humans don't adopt the tech. This is why you've seen Meta cram its lame chatbots into WhatsApp and Instagram. This is why Notepad and Paint now have useless Copilot buttons on Windows. This is why Google Gemini wants to "help you" read and reply to your emails."
Analysis: OpenAI is a loss-making machine, how can it survive?
Don't call it a bubble! Loss-making monster OpenAI is on the hook for $1.4 trillion (with a T) in compute commitments. How can this go on?

"Liberation doesn’t hinge on extraordinary individuals; it requires structural transformation. When we elevate “heroes,” we risk distorting accountability and reinforcing inequity." (Celeste Pedri-Spade, para 12)

Thomas King: As we learn another ‘hero’ is non-Indigenous, let’s not ignore a broader cultural problem
Indigenous people are more than stories. We deserve a future where our identities are not commodities, and accountability is measured by actions that build trust and repair harm.

“…A complicated love song, of an often unrequited love, but still, with all its bile and pain, this is an expression of love. My love song for my country, for my home and for where I belong.”

“I wrote this poem in a breath. A long held breath. All that was long held, for so long, was coughed and spat out on the page. There is rage here, much rage, at Scotland’s amnesia, at her claims of exceptionalism, but this is a love song too…”

A lot of people lately have been praising The Greens and Polanski (rightfully so) but also need to realise that the Scottish Greens have been already doing it all for years and are who we should be voting for.
The @scottishgreens.org are proud to stand in solidarity with @scottishtuc.bsky.social & trade unions from across Scotland against racism and fascism.

We must demand that governments tackle the politics of division that has allowed billionaires to demonise working-class families and migrants.

I'm not sure if I'm just being super-autistic; but I don't have normal GP appointments.

We have comedy duel-offs. All we do is clown. I told my GP we either have a life ahead of us as a Dynamic Duo or we're entering the comedy circuit, and I made it clear I'm not going to Vegas again.
