This was usually done with bonfires, feasting (lamb typically), and flower crowns or decorations in homes.
It's also got a strong connection to fertility, so could be considered a bit of a horny holiday. 😈😁

Funniest thing from the hearing this morning. I said that not having my bond back over the past several months caused financial difficulty (true). Landlord pipes up “Well I’VE had financial difficulty caused by you since the beginning of the tenancy”

Tenancy hearing tomorrow. Skimmed landlords evidence, provided at last minute of course. Since I moved out with my cats she’s apparently had something of a rodent problem which she’s trying to say is my fault as well somehow. Lol
